Divas DFW, Inc., is a dynamic 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring girls ages 12-18. Our mission is to cultivate inner strength and beauty in each young woman we serve, empowering them to grow into confident, capable leaders. We create a nurturing, non-judgmental environment that encourages self-expression, individuality, and a strong sense of community.
Our program is designed to inspire leadership while balancing the needs of the individual with the importance of collective action. We offer comprehensive support and resources, helping our mentees reach their full potential and navigate the challenges of adolescence. Through our sisterhood, we provide a space where girls can form lifelong bonds and be positively influenced by mentors and peers alike.
Our organization focuses on key areas of development, including Leadership, Community Service, Team Building, Etiquette, Self-Defense, Culinary Arts, and more. Each of these elements is carefully integrated into our program to ensure that our mentees not only grow personally but also become empowered to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

In 2010, she founded Divas DFW, Inc., a transformative platform designed to empower young girls by helping them cultivate their inner strength and beauty. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by adolescent girls, she created Divas DFW, Inc., to provide a safe and supportive environment where they could grow, learn, and thrive. Through this organization, she has impacted the lives of countless young women, guiding them to discover their potential and become confident, resilient leaders.
Her commitment to education and personal growth is exemplified by her academic achievements. In 2011, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude. This academic success not only reflects her dedication to excellence but also her deep understanding of effective leadership and organizational development—skills she continues to apply in her work with Divas DFW, Inc.
Beyond her professional and academic accomplishments, she is a devoted bonus mom to three and a proud grandmother of three. These roles are central to her life, and she takes great pride in being a loving supporter, mentor, and friend to her family. She is passionate about creating lasting memories through travel, indulging in her love for cooking, and cherishing the moments spent with family and friends. For her, living life to the fullest means embracing every opportunity to grow, connect, and make a positive impact on those around her.
